Poopy the Clown is a minor character who first appeared in the episode "Field Trip to Folsom Prison". He was voiced by the late Glenn Shadix.

Poopy made his debut in the episode "Field Trip to Folsom Prison" where he is a prisoner in Folsom Prison. He is present during the prison roll call and praises Chicken for pulling down the guard's pants earlier.
Poopy is mentioned by Chicken in the episode "The Cow with Four Eyes!" as being one of the first people on the moon
