Pat Ventura

Patrick "Pat" A. Ventura was a storyboard artist on Cow and Chicken.

Biography[]

Ventura graduated from CalArts in the late 1970s and began working for Ruby-Spears Enterprises as a model designer. He was also one of the animators who worked on the Rolling Stones music video Harlem Shuffle which was directed by Ralph Bakshi with the animated portions directed by John Kricfalusi. He later went to work for Hanna-Barbera on several cartoons including The Smurfs and Tom and Jerry Kids the latter where he served as a writer. Pat had a brief stint at Disney's where he worked on the three Roger Rabbit shorts and contributed to the story of the 1992 film Aladdin. Pat was one of the many directors on worked on the What a Cartoon! show where he directed shorts featuring Yuckie Duck, Sledgehammer O'Possum, and a reimagining of Tex Avery's George and Junior.
