Snail Boy (voiced by Tom Kenny) is Cow and Chicken's cousin and Mom and Dad's nephew. He is Cow and Chicken's maternal cousin through Mom's sister. When he got registered to Cow and Chicken's school, Flem and Earl made fun out of Chicken for him being related to a snail.
Snailboy gets along with his cousins though his enthusiasm annoys Chicken. Despite having legs, he never once thought to use them in everyday things. This was seen when he was asked by Chicken on why not simply walking after he ran to his parents and he remarked that it never came to his mind.

- His accent is similar to that of SpongeBob SquarePants and his appearance is that of his pet snail, Gary.
- Coincidentally, they were both voiced by Tom Kenny.
- It is unknown if he is related to Sow, Boneless Chicken, and Black Sheep.
